Call for application to 2012-2014 IMACS programme (Students & Researchers).
Call for application occurs in October each year for the programme beginning in September the following year (i.e. in October 2011 for the programme beginning in Sep. 2012).
For European and Non European students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, the deadline is January 31st.
For European and Non European scholars applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship : no deadline
For students who do not wish to apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, the deadline is mid-May.
Timing
Time schedule for 2012-2014 selection procedure.
October 1st, 2011 : Call for application to 2012-2014 EMMC-IMACS programme.
January 31st, 2012 : Deadline for students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
February 28th, 2012 : Transmission of the selection grid (main list and reserve list) to the EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency- European Commission).
Second half of April : Official notification to the EM granted students by the EACEA. Applicants are notified by e-mail.
End of August, 2012 : Arrival in Poitiers, France.
